About The Position

Cottage Health seeks an Executive Assistant to provide independent administrative support and develop workflow processes and systems with minimal supervision and direction. The role supports department members and serves as a liaison for the department. Duties may include other related work assigned by a supervisor, with reasonable accommodation as applicable.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related work experience.
• Minimum keyboarding/typing speed of 60 words per minute.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Associate of Arts (AA) degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare routine correspondence, including letters, memoranda, reports, and minutes, and edit materials for grammatical accuracy and professional presentation.
• Send meeting agendas in advance; take, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for department members, and assist with other duties or projects as needed.
• Provide administrative and executive support, including answering telephones; processing incoming and outgoing mail; managing calendars; coordinating meetings; arranging travel; and filing, faxing, and copying.
• Coordinate the gathering of input and documents from single sources for reports and presentations.
• Serve as liaison for the department.
