About The Position

The Executive Assistant will serve as a highly trusted partner to Liz Lambert, who builds distinctive, soulful hospitality experiences rooted in design rigor, cultural intuition, storytelling, and thoughtful execution. This role ensures Liz's time, energy, and focus are aligned with the most important priorities across hospitality, design, development, and cultural projects. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, capable of creating clarity in a fast-moving, highly creative environment. The Executive Assistant will manage day-to-day executive operations, help translate ideas into action, and keep key initiatives moving forward. The role primarily involves executive support with meaningful coordination and project involvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level support role.
  • Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting needs.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
  • Comfort working in creative, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Austin-based and willing to travel as needed.
  • Calm, steady, and composed under pressure.
  • Proactive and anticipatory β€” sees around corners.
  • Detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Liz’s calendar with precision and foresight, protecting time for creative and strategic work.
  • Prioritize meetings and commitments to align with key business objectives.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple ventures, time zones, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and on-the-ground logistics.
  • Oversee inbox management, triaging communications and surfacing what truly requires attention.
  • Filter inbound requests, invitations, and cold outreach.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively solve logistical challenges.
  • Prepare briefing materials and background context for meetings.
  • Draft agendas and ensure meetings are organized and purposeful.
  • Capture action items and follow up to ensure next steps are executed.
  • Support board meetings, investor conversations, leadership sessions, and offsites.
  • Serve as a point of contact for key partners, collaborators, and internal team members.
  • Help translate conversations and ideas into clear next steps and timelines.
  • Track priorities across ventures and flag items that need attention.
  • Maintain organized systems for shared documents, contacts, and project information.
  • Support light research, vendor coordination, and special projects as needed.
  • Ensure important work doesn’t stall due to lack of follow-up or clarity.
