Assistant Property Manager Jobs

About The Position

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or property operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven reliability and ability to follow established processes consistently
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, systems)
• Willingness to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties
• Bilingual (Spanish), required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Assist with rentals, lease documentation, and customer account management
• Follow up on leads and support rental activity
• Complete daily walkthroughs, lock checks, and operational tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility (interior and exterior)
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Support nearby locations as needed
• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in line with company procedures
