About The Position
We are seeking an Assistant Community Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities. The role assists in managing all property operations to ensure they function efficiently. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize based on the daily needs of the facility.
- Good people skills, including patience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
