About The Position

We are seeking a Community Asset Manager to oversee several apartment communities. The position manages all operations of the property to ensure it is functioning efficiently. The work takes place in a general office environment and includes exterior and interior maintenance work, with some light housekeeping. Eligible employees receive a benefits package and performance incentives. The position also offers the opportunity to earn leasing commissions under the property's commission plan.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to work independently, solve problems, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize based on the facility's daily needs.
Good people skills, including patience.
Excellent organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
