About The Position
We are seeking an exceptional customer service- and sales-oriented Leasing Specialist for Whispering Hills Apartments and Lost Trails Duplexes in Pullman. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, organized, and skilled in phone etiquette. The role involves welcoming residents and prospective residents, assessing prospective residents’ needs, presenting the community, supporting resident relations, handling service requests, maintaining the appearance of offices and amenities, and accurately recording daily activity. The position offers leasing commissions under the property's commission plan. Requirements
- Excellent organization and phone etiquette skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and prospective residents warmly and provide superior customer service.
- Qualify prospective residents, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the community.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Ensure the office, models, and amenities are show-ready each day.
- Complete paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
- Conduct market surveys and regularly shop the competition.
- Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions.
- Accept service requests from residents and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
- Enter traffic, telephone calls, and other daily activity into the computer.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
