About The Position

The Community Asset Manager oversees several apartment communities and manages all property operations to ensure they function efficiently. The role involves work in a general office environment as well as exterior and interior maintenance, with some light housekeeping. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, make decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize according to the facility's daily needs.
• Good people skills, including patience.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of building systems and building codes.
