About The Position
We are seeking an exceptional customer service- and sales-oriented Leasing Specialist to join the team at Whispering Hills Apartments and Lost Trails Duplexes in Pullman. The ideal candidate is motivated, outgoing, organized, and has excellent phone etiquette. The role involves assisting residents and prospective residents, presenting the community, supporting leasing activity, and contributing to resident relations and daily property operations. The position is performed in a general office environment, with some light housekeeping. Eligible employees are offered a benefits package, and the position provides an opportunity to earn leasing commissions in accordance with the property's commission plan.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet residents and prospective residents, provide superior customer service, qualify prospects, determine their needs and preferences, and professionally present the community.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them appropriately.
- Ensure the office, models, and amenities are show-ready each day.
- Complete paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
- Conduct market surveys and regularly shop the competition.
- Participate in ongoing resident relations and functions.
- Accept resident service requests and route them to the service department for prompt processing.
- Enter all traffic, telephone calls, and other daily activity into the computer.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up.
- Work with the team to support leasing and property operations.
