About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to work with a fast-paced team calling on Target Corporate. The Junior Key Account Manager for Finish Dish Care on Target will be a crucial member of the team executing multi-year plans through strong negotiations. You will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plans by overseeing all aspects of best-in-class 4P execution in market. Requirements
- 4 year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience
- 3-5 years related sales experience.
- Strong market and financial acumen
- Nielsen/Numerator experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Knowledge of sales processes and category growth strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling approach.
- Ability to influence decisions using data and insights.
- Must be based in Minneapolis.
