This role involves managing your own local portfolio as a Sales Consultant – Account Manager for KONE San Leandro Bay Area, CA area. The position requires proactively building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying complex technology solutions utilizing KONE's industry-leading support system to ensure their sustainable growth. The role also involves using technological tools such as CRM and potentially a solution selling methodology like Sandler, and collaborating across the organization with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales expertise.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Ability to build and develop professional customer relations through excellent customer service.
  • Interest in learning and selling innovative technological solutions.
  • Ambition to continuously learn and use technological tools such as CRM.
  • Familiarity with or interest in learning a solution selling methodology, such as Sandler.
  • Spirit to collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders.
