About The Position

The Commercial Account Manager with Johnson Fitness & Wellness will sell fitness equipment and manage the Greater Little Rock territory. The role focuses on building relationships with gyms, studios, schools, corporations, and other fitness organizations, developing new business, and growing existing accounts. The position reports directly to the Director of Commercial Sales. Candidates must live in the Greater Little Rock, Arkansas area; relocation is not offered.

Requirements

5–7 years of B2B sales experience.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect authentically.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals.

Nice To Haves

Fitness sales background.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Drive new business and expand existing accounts by creating strategic sales plans tailored to the Fayetteville market.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with gyms, trainers, wellness facilities, and corporate fitness centers.
Advise customers on fitness industry needs and match them with the company’s product portfolio.
Represent the company at trade shows, fitness clinics, and local marketing events.
Monitor fitness and industry trends to anticipate market needs and stay ahead of competitors.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation for clients.
