Commercial Account Manager - Fitness Equipment

About The Position

As a Commercial Account Manager with Johnson Fitness & Wellness, you will bring fitness equipment to the Little Rock community and own your sales territory. You will build relationships with gyms, studios, schools, corporations, and other commercial customers, developing new business and expanding existing accounts. The role reports directly to the Director of Commercial Sales. Candidates must live in the Greater Little Rock, Arkansas area; relocation is not offered.

Requirements

5–7 years of B2B sales experience; a fitness sales background is strongly preferred.
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect authentically.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals.
Must live in the Greater Little Rock, Arkansas area; relocation is not offered.

Nice To Haves

Fitness sales background.
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Drive new business and expand existing accounts by creating strategic sales plans tailored to the market.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with gyms, trainers, wellness facilities, and corporate fitness centers.
Advise customers on fitness industry products and match their needs with the company’s product portfolio.
Represent the company at trade shows, fitness clinics, and local marketing events.
Monitor fitness and industry trends to anticipate market needs and stay ahead of competitors.
Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and installation for clients.
