About The Position

This is a future-opportunities talent-pipeline posting for experienced Employee Benefits professionals. Depending on a candidate’s experience, interests, location, and business needs, future opportunities may include Senior Account Manager and Account Executive roles, with a book focus on level-funded, self-funded, and stop-loss benefits. An immediate opening may not be available; IOA may contact applicants when a suitable opportunity arises or to arrange an introductory conversation. Both potential roles involve managing a book of business, delivering responsive client service, leading account-team activities, identifying business-growth opportunities, setting up new business, and managing renewals. They also involve building client and carrier relationships, advocating for clients and carriers, identifying value-added solutions, analyzing and reporting plan-performance data, supporting team development, communicating with Producers and colleagues, complying with company policies and industry standards, and championing IOA’s values. Work mode may be remote or hybrid, and location may vary based on business need. The salary ranges depend on the specific opportunity, experience, skills, and geographic location: $80,000–$125,000 annually for Senior Account Manager opportunities and $95,000–$150,000 annually for Account Executive opportunities.
