About The Position

The Retail Supervisor - Inventory position focuses on coaching and training Inventory Associates to ensure accuracy and consistency. The supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, supporting directives from management, and driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement. Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
  • Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
  • Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required.
