About The Position

The Concrete Foundation Supervisor reads and understands foundation drawings and oversees or performs concrete foundation work, including site layout and measuring, digging, forming, rebar and mat placement, pouring, compaction, and finishing. The role uses concrete foundation equipment and machinery, hand tools, and power tools. It requires the ability to travel, perform basic mathematical calculations, communicate in writing and verbally, and walk, stand, and lift for extended periods.

Requirements

• Experience with site layout and measuring, digging, forming, rebar and mat work, pouring, compaction, and finishing concrete foundations.
• Experience with concrete foundation equipment and machinery.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift for an extended period.
• Acceptable written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand foundation drawings.

• Dig, form, place rebar and mats, pour and compact concrete, and finish concrete foundations.
