About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor for its detox and residential facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The role supports the Clinical Director and manages the daily execution of the clinical program. The supervisor oversees client engagement and morale, helps maintain a warm and encouraging recovery environment, occasionally facilitates groups, and maintains a small client caseload. The role also provides compliance oversight of client documentation and Utilization Review support to help drive treatment authorization and retention. Avenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100-bed residential facility providing drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. The facility's multidisciplinary staff includes therapists and clinicians, nurses and nurse practitioners, group facilitators, and behavioral health technicians. Requirements
- Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana for this role; the posting lists LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, and LMHC.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves
- A master's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.
- Three years of experience working with clients with chemical dependency or dual diagnoses is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
- Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
- Oversee client engagement and morale and maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment.
- Occasionally facilitate groups and maintain a small client caseload.
- Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete.
- Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
