Clinical Supervisor-LCSW, LPC
About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for its inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Clinical Supervisor supports the Clinical Director, manages the day-to-day execution of the clinical program, oversees client engagement and morale, and helps maintain a warm and encouraging recovery environment. The role includes occasional group facilitation, maintaining a small client caseload, overseeing compliance and client documentation, and supporting Utilization Review to promote authorization and retention throughout treatment.
Requirements
- Current Colorado licensure to practice as an LCSW or LPC.
- Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
- Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree or higher in a related field.
- Three years of experience working with clients with chemical dependency or dual diagnoses.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
- Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
- Oversee client engagement and morale and maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment.
- Occasionally facilitate groups and maintain a small client caseload.
- Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete and compliant.
- Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
