About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for its inpatient detox and residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role supports the Clinical Director and manages the daily execution of the clinical program. The Supervisor also helps maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment, occasionally facilitates groups, carries a small client caseload, oversees clinical documentation compliance, and supports utilization review to help secure authorizations and retain clients in treatment.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice in Colorado is necessary; listed licenses include LAC, LCSW, or LPC.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Three years of experience working with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosis clients preferred.
• Efficient and driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale and maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment.
• Occasionally facilitate groups and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete and compliant.
• Provide utilization review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
