About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for its inpatient detox and residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The role supports the Clinical Director and manages the daily execution of the clinical program. The Clinical Supervisor oversees client engagement and morale, helps maintain a warm and encouraging recovery environment, occasionally facilitates groups, and maintains a small client caseload. The position also provides compliance oversight for client documentation and utilization review support to help drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.

Requirements

• Current licensure to practice in Colorado as an LAC, LCSW, or LPC.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Three years of experience working with clients with chemical dependency or dual diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale and maintain an encouraging recovery environment.
• Occasionally facilitate groups and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete and compliant.
• Provide utilization review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
