About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor for its detox and residential facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The supervisor supports the Clinical Director, manages the daily execution of the clinical program, and helps maintain a warm and encouraging recovery environment. The role includes occasional group facilitation, maintaining a small client caseload, overseeing client documentation compliance, and supporting Utilization Review to promote treatment authorization and retention. The Fort Wayne center is a 100-bed residential facility providing drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. Its multidisciplinary staff includes therapists, clinicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, group facilitators, and behavioral health technicians.
Requirements
- Current licensure necessary to practice in Indiana for this role; the posting lists LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, and LMHC.
- Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
- Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Three years of experience working with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed clients preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
- Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program.
- Oversee client engagement and morale and maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment.
- Occasionally facilitate groups and maintain a small client caseload.
- Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete and compliant.
- Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
