About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for its inpatient detox and residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The supervisor supports the Clinical Director and manages the daily execution of the clinical program. The role helps maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment, provides occasional group facilitation, and maintains a small client caseload. It also includes compliance oversight of client documentation and Utilization Review support to help secure authorizations and support client retention throughout treatment.

Requirements

• Current Colorado licensure to practice as an LCSW or LPC.
• Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills.
• Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles.

Nice To Haves

• A master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Three years of experience working with clients with chemical dependency or dual diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist the Clinical Director with relevant duties as necessary.
• Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the clinical program.
• Oversee client engagement and morale and maintain a warm, encouraging recovery environment.
• Occasionally facilitate groups and maintain a small client caseload.
• Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure client documentation is complete and compliant.
• Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment.
