About The Position

Thriveworks is hiring a Connecticut-based, independently licensed clinician (LPC or LCSW) to provide clinical supervision and telehealth care. The supervisor may work fully remotely from anywhere in Connecticut, but must permanently reside in the state. A mix of telehealth and in-person client sessions is available in Milford and Manchester, Connecticut. The position includes supervising at least six resident clinicians through weekly group supervision and individual supervision for each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours. Supervisors also maintain a clinical caseload, with at least 10 hours of client availability per week; this is not a supervision-only role. Other duties include documentation oversight, coaching residents in their professional and clinical development, documenting supervision and coaching, and collaborating with the Regional Clinical Director about performance issues. Thriveworks provides administrative support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, as well as paid orientation and training. The company states that clinicians can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET. Clinical caseload compensation is fee-for-service with bonus potential; the posting gives 90837 rates of $55.85 to $64.79 depending on caseload. Individual supervision sessions are compensated at $70.67, unless the 90837-session rate is higher, in which case that rate is used. The role is offered as W-2 employment.
