About The Position

LifeStance Health is hiring a Clinical Supervisor for outpatient offices in Washington State. This is a blended role involving clinical supervision and therapy, serving adults and/or children and adolescents through individual and/or couples therapy. The position is based in the Lakewood, Washington area, with locations throughout the area to make commuting easier. Work arrangements may be hybrid between office and home or fully in-office. The schedule is flexible, generally Monday through Friday, with weekends optional.

Requirements

• Be fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW).
• Be a Washington State-approved clinical supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision.
• Provide therapy to individuals and/or couples.
• Work with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
