About The Position

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its interdisciplinary pediatric therapy practice in NW Washington, DC. The role is onsite and center-based, with no travel; the clinician supervises clients and RBTs in the clinic. The practice currently provides ABA therapy and is expanding to include speech and occupational therapy. Its approach emphasizes active, play-based sessions, cultural responsiveness, collaboration, empowerment, integrity, family partnership, and sustainable clinical work. The position is available full-time or part-time. Full-time is 40 hours per week, excluding lunch, with approximately 30 billable clinical hours and remaining time for administrative work such as RBT training, reviews, and session-note checks.
