The BCBA will guide Behavior Technicians, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, train parents during scheduled on-site sessions, and maintain high-quality services through supervision and data-informed decisions. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$90,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities that typically average $1,000 per month. Centria also describes opportunities for career growth in mentoring, clinical training, and leadership.
