Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its center-based, interdisciplinary pediatric practice in NW Washington, DC. The clinic provides ABA therapy and is expanding to include speech and occupational therapy. Its approach is active, play-based, culturally responsive, collaborative, and focused on high-quality outcomes, family support, and sustainable clinician workloads. Full-time work is 40 hours per week, excluding lunch, with approximately 30 billable clinical hours and the remainder allocated to administrative work such as RBT training, reviews, and session-note checks. Caseloads vary according to clients’ needs and clinic attendance hours. Candidates interested in later-afternoon or early-evening hours, up to 6:30 p.m., are especially welcome. The clinic is newly renovated and designed for children with sensory processing challenges, with free onsite garage parking. Compensation for full-time employment is $85,000–$95,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus. Benefits and support include paid holidays and time off, DC Paid Family Leave, a health care stipend, a 401(k), CEU support, recertification-fee reimbursement, referral incentives, training, and professional-development support.
