About The Position

Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is hiring a BCBA Clinical Supervisor in Orange County, California. The role provides clinical oversight and mentorship while ensuring high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children and young adults with Autism. The position works primarily within a two-tier team structure of BCBA and BT/RBT, with potential future advancement as the organization expands its leadership layers.

The supervisor manages a caseload of approximately 10–15 clients and maintains at least 25 billable hours per week. The role is supported by dedicated scheduling, family and client services, authorization and billing, HR, and training teams, as well as standardized systems and clinical resources. The position offers a flexible hybrid work environment and an annual salary of $85,000–$90,000, productivity incentives of up to $6,000 per year, and retention bonuses at six and twelve months.
