About The Position

Requirements

• Good people skills and the ability to support, assist, and coach store associates.
• Ability to comply with store policies, procedures, and programs and follow management directives.
• Ability to consistently meet or exceed established sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide, support, and coach team members through mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to promote efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support and assist store associates so they can perform their work effectively.
• Follow Levi's® Stores policies, procedures, programs, and directives from store management.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Lead by example and contribute positively to the store culture.
