About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor leads clinical services at the Crisis Stabilization and Resource Center, providing on-site crisis intervention and assessment while managing day-to-day program operations. The role supervises Emergency Community Support workers, a full-time therapist, and an on-call therapist pool, and provides clinical leadership with a high degree of independence. The supervisor assesses client needs, develops intervention plans with clients, makes referrals, and applies sound judgment in complex cases. The position oversees staffing, crisis access and coverage, program fidelity, and implementation of new models. It also maintains relationships with law enforcement, hospital emergency rooms, and other community resources; supports client referrals and follow-up; and completes clinical, billing, contract, and outcome documentation. After-hours coverage is required only when an on-call therapist cannot cover, though schedule flexibility—including evening and overnight availability—is needed when necessary. The position works in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment and may perform essential functions at the company's physical work site or remotely as needed.
