About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Supervisor at its Levi's store in Tulalip, Washington. Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, supporting the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to strengthen brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role supports the leadership team by helping grow sales, coaching team members, overseeing daily store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The position requires reliable transportation, being at least 18 years old, and the ability to perform the stated physical tasks.

Requirements

• Able to support, assist, and coach store associates effectively.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow directives of store management.
• Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Guide and support team members through effective mentorship and leadership.
• Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards.
