About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a consumer-centric Key Holder to support the leadership team at its Levi's store in North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, Georgia. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder models and coaches customer experiences and performs functions related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role supports sales growth, team training and coaching, product placement, operational excellence, visual merchandising, and a positive shopping experience. The Key Holder follows store policies and management directives and works toward store and individual sales and performance goals.
Requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach customer service and selling behaviors to create an engaging experience for consumers.
- Support the leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and meeting sales goals.
- Assist with training and coaching store staff in LS&CO selling practices and authentic customer service.
- Support store operations, including getting products onto the sales floor.
- Assist with visual merchandising.
- Help lead a positive shopping experience and drive key initiatives.
- Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow directives from store management.
