About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is hiring a seasonal sales associate to support the store during the busy holiday period. Reporting to the Store Manager and working with the store team, the associate helps maintain productivity during peak, high-volume periods and provides basic customer service. The role involves maintaining the store’s appearance and visual presentation, assisting at the register, and following store policies and management directives. Candidates should be consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts such as Black Friday.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support store productivity during peak, high-volume periods identified by management.
• Provide basic customer service, including greeting customers and offering general assistance.
• Maintain store appearance and visual presentation through replenishment, recovery, and general housekeeping.
• Assist with bagging customer purchases at the register.
• Comply with Levi's Stores policies, procedures, and programs, and follow store management directives.
• Perform other tasks as needed.
