Seasonal Sales Associate - North Georgia Premium Outlets
About The Position
Marc Jacobs International seeks Temporary Sales Associates to join its North Georgia Premium Outlets store in Dawsonville, Georgia, for the 2026 holiday season. This seasonal assignment runs from November to January. Associates must be available to work a minimum of two weekdays per week and have open availability on one day every weekend. The Sales Associate works to achieve personal sales goals, provide knowledgeable product assistance, develop client relationships beyond the initial transaction, maintain store housekeeping and visual standards, and follow store operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Availability to work at least two weekdays per week and one day every weekend.
Responsibilities

- Demonstrate complete knowledge of merchandise features and benefits to maximize sales opportunities.
