About The Position

Fabletics is seeking a passionate, driven Retail Store Manager for its new store at North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, Georgia. The Store Manager leads all aspects of sales and operations to create a world-class retail environment and a seamless shopping experience across the website and retail stores. The role collaborates with Store Leaders to recruit, hire, and train associates, and guides the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders while working toward ambitious business targets. The position reports to the Regional Director. The manager directs daily store activities, supports customer engagement and community initiatives, coordinates with cross-functional teams, manages operational responsibilities, and develops merchandising guidelines. The role is onsite and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working as a manager in a retail environment.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams and set personal and professional goals for oneself and others.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, including comfort building advanced spreadsheet models.
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivation, good communication skills, and the ability to bring out the best in others.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Willingness to work onsite on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; the role may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Model the company’s culture and values through self-accountability for team members and external contacts.
Recruit, hire, and train store associates and supervisors to engage customers in new and meaningful ways.
Drive customer engagement in and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Direct the daily activities of store supervisors and associates in alignment with company and store goals.
Work with Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Fulfillment, and other cross-functional teams to respond to needs and requests.
Manage operational tasks related to payroll, inventory management, and paperwork.
Develop and maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
Participate in gathering and providing feedback across the organization to continuously improve the business.
Guide the career paths of 10 to 12 associates and leaders.
