About The Position

Fabletics Retail is seeking a driven and passionate Seasonal Store Associate for its store at Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip, Washington. The associate provides a best-in-class retail experience and uses technology to help customers shop seamlessly across the website and retail stores. Working with the Store Manager, store supervisors, and fellow associates, the associate engages customers and contributes to team goals and business timelines. This position reports to the Store Manager. The role is seasonal and part-time. It requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays. The position involves frequent movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours, and may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Associates may need to unpack inventory boxes weighing 10–30 pounds. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Pay starts at $16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivation and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Ability to perform the physical activities described for the role, including standing for at least two consecutive hours and occasionally climbing ladders.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics culture and values and advise customers on how to live their passion.
Engage customers by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Promote customer engagement in and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and support the customer purchase journey.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required.
