About The Position

Fabletics Retail is seeking a driven and passionate Seasonal Store Associate for its store at Houston Premium Outlets in Cypress, Texas. The associate provides a high-quality retail experience, using technology to help customers shop seamlessly between the website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and other associates, the role engages customers, supports store goals, and helps move the business forward.

Requirements

At least one year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling or spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivated with good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; the role may occasionally require stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics’ culture and values and help customers pursue their passions.
Engage customers and share knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Support customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and improve the customer purchasing journey.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Meet or exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 pounds.
