Associates assist customers with product selection and fit, stay informed about products and the activewear market, support inventory and merchandising tasks, and help keep the store clean, organized, and well stocked.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and forge lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide customers with the best service possible.
Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
Assist with projects while keeping the customer experience a priority.
Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening.
Collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
