About The Position

Ann Taylor is hiring a Sales Associate to serve as a brand ambassador and create authentic customer connections. The role guides customers through their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge. The Sales Associate helps maintain an inviting store environment by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor, upholding visual and operational standards, and collaborating with the team to deliver personalized customer experiences. The role also uses technology and available tools to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, stay informed about company priorities and promotions, and partner with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset to customer interactions.
Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
