About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs at Parq Crossing Apartments in Sparks, Nevada. The role includes diagnosing, performing, or delegating minor and routine maintenance; overseeing maintenance staff work; managing resident service requests; coordinating and scheduling maintenance personnel; conducting safety meetings; maintaining preventive maintenance and expenditure records; and coordinating or performing equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades.
• Be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff.
• Manage the system for handling resident service requests.
• Assist the manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.
