About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repairs at Parq Crossing Apartments in Sparks, Nevada. The role covers daily maintenance operations, resident service requests, staff coordination, safety meetings, preventive maintenance records, and equipment maintenance. The position supports the company’s work managing apartment communities and its focus on serving residents and developing employees.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is preferred.
• Maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Experience in all trades.
• Team-player approach and a superior customer service attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform or delegate minor and routine maintenance.
• Oversee and inspect work performed by maintenance staff.
• Manage the system for handling resident service requests.
• Assist the manager in coordinating and directing maintenance staff and scheduling maintenance personnel.
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance requests and expenditures.
• Coordinate or perform equipment maintenance.
