Our excellent marketing techniques in addition to our Code of Conduct, Mission and Values, Goals, and Processes assist Element Roofing sales representatives in exceeding expectations. We are looking for a hungry, dedicated sales rep with the desire to surpass established goals using our proven systems to succeed in a recession-proof industry. The Sales Representative position is W-2, full-time, with a base salary and commission with uncapped earning potential. Requirements
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after the training period ends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to climb a ladder multiple times a day
- Ability to walk on roofs
- Ability to use iOS & Windows
- Eager and willing to learn new systems and methods
- Reliable transportation & Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Inspect and document properties for storm damage
- Assist homeowners with filing insurance claims
- Walk customers through the insurance process
- Meet with insurance adjusters
- Follow the Element Roofing sales system: roleplaying, learning closing techniques, etc.
- Showcase building materials/samples for home repairs
- Achieve sales and profitability goals
- Create material and work orders
- Communicate with the production team and office staff
- Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance
