About The Position
DayBrook Kitchen & Bath is seeking energetic, driven In-Home Sales Representatives for the Baltimore market. This role involves meeting with homeowners who have already expressed interest in remodeling their homes. The representative will educate customers, design personalized remodeling solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process. The company specializes in kitchen and bathroom renovations and provides high-quality, affordable solutions. This position offers company-provided leads, industry-leading training, and an uncapped commission structure, with earning potential of $150,000–$250,000+ annually.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the Baltimore market.
- A valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or related industries is a plus.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
- The ability to build rapport quickly and confidently ask for the sale.
Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home consultations with company-generated leads.

- Close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up communication.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and product knowledge.
