About The Position

At Fiskars Group, we’ve been shaping everyday moments since 1649. From the iconic orange-handled scissors to pioneering brands across gardening, cooking, and creating, we believe in making the everyday extraordinary. We are looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to lead our social media efforts and support broader digital marketing initiatives. The Social & Digital Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of paid social media, influencer marketing and organic social media, while contributing across additional digital marketing channels for Fiskars Americas. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy, building campaigns inside advertising platforms, managing creators and partners, engaging with consumers, analyzing performance+ data and collaborating cross-functionally to bring compelling campaigns to market.

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of influencer and brand ambassador partnerships from recruitment through execution.
  • Build and maintain a scalable influencer program and content library that supports both organic and paid media initiatives.
  • Own the organic social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and future platforms.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated content calendar that supports product launches, seasonal campaigns, retailer initiatives and brand storytelling.
