Inside Sales Representative

About The Position

In this role, you will work with company-generated leads, guiding prospective customers through the sales process to identify and recommend the best pest control solutions for their needs. You will present service options, negotiate contracts, and close new accounts while consistently working to meet sales targets. Through these efforts, you will help expand the company's customer base and provide strategic recommendations to support new clients. This is an in-office position and requires working from our Orem, UT corporate office. Saela is looking to continue growing and expanding our team while creating long-term opportunities for growth and advancement. Saela strongly believes in promoting from within and mentoring all employees to help them reach their career goals.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced sales environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of sales experience
  • Pest control industry knowledge
  • Experience using FieldRoutes

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with company-generated leads, providing strategic service recommendations based on customer needs
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective customers and provide service recommendations
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing
  • Present and explain pest control service solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Build value in Saela's services while addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Negotiate service agreements and close new accounts
  • Receive weekly mentoring from senior sales representatives and managers to support you in developing your sales skills and achieving your career and personal goals

  • Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions
  • Opportunity to increase sales commission percentage throughout the year
  • Average salary for first-year employees is $50000 - $70000 / year
