In this role, the Inside Sales Customer Service Specialist serves as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, handling inquiries related to products, pricing, and order status while ensuring timely resolution of issues. This position supports sales operations by preparing quotes, processing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records within the ERP system. The role also coordinates closely with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, inventory, engineering, procurement, and production to ensure smooth order fulfillment and effective communication across departments. Additional responsibilities include supporting reporting and forecasting efforts, maintaining organized documentation, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.
