About The Position

The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers at Cosmoprof. The role advises customers on hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, helping them with their beauty needs. The company provides product knowledge and training, while associates bring their passion and personality to the customer experience. A range of working schedules and hours is available.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires long periods of standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
• May occasionally be exposed to fumes and odors.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Inform customers about the Loyalty program and enroll them in it.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
