About The Position
This is a fully remote inside sales role focused on life insurance. The agent works by phone and Zoom with people who have requested information about life insurance; there is no cold calling or travel. The role offers full onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. Agents average $800–$1,200 per policy, and full-time agents may earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in their first year. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Macon, Georgia area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Available to work full time, about 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with people who requested coverage information.
- Assess each client's needs and budget.
- Present life insurance options from more than 60 carrier partners.
- Complete applications and keep the sales pipeline organized.
