About The Position
This is a fully remote inside sales role focused on life insurance. The agent works by phone and Zoom with people who have requested information about coverage. There is no cold calling or travel. The position offers full onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coaching. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission-based with no cap. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and potential first-year earnings of $75,000 to $300,000+ for full-time agents. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Camden, New Jersey area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life and Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one; guidance is provided.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
