About The Position

This is a fully remote inside sales role focused on life insurance. Agents communicate by phone and Zoom with people who have requested information about coverage. The position involves no cold calling and no travel. The role is 1099 and 100% commission-based, with no commission cap. Compensation is reported as an average of $800–$1,200 per policy, with full-time agents potentially earning $75,000 to $300,000+ in their first year. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses. The company provides full onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coaching.

Requirements

• Must live in the United States; the Appleton, Wisconsin area is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a Life and Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
• Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
