About The Position
This is a fully remote inside sales role focused on life insurance. The agent works by phone and Zoom with people who have requested information about life insurance. The position involves no cold calling or travel. Full onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing coaching are provided. Compensation is 1099 and 100% commission with no cap. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and says full-time agents may earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in their first year. Payments are made daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Aurora, Illinois area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life and Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with people who have requested coverage information.
- Assess each client's needs and budget.
- Present life insurance options from more than 60 carrier partners.
- Complete applications and keep the sales pipeline organized.
